Love this little sock monkey cake. The bottom layer is butter cake with a chocolate layer in between. It has a vanilla butter cream filling. The second layer is red velvet with cream cheese icing filling. and the top layer is chocolate with cream cheese filling. The little hat is a smash cake for Daxton and it is chocolate and vanilla cake with butter cream filling. All are covered in Satin Ice fondant. I made the sock monkey out of Satin Ice fondant.
