This is a butter cake with buttercream filling.  This cake was for a lady who wanted to give it to her best friend for her birthday as a surprise....every little part as a special meaning to them.

This is a Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganche Buttercream filling.  The cake is covered in Fondx Fondant.  The controller is made out of Rice Krispy Treats covered in fondant.

These are some cookies I made for a Ladies night at our church.  Sugar cookies decorated with Fondx fondant.

The bathtub is white almond sour cream cake with buttercream filling.  The bottom is chocolate cake with buttercream filling.  Both are covered in Fondx fondant and all parts are made of fondant.

Mini Cakes made for a baby shower.  These cakes are white almond sour cream cake with butter cream filing covered in fondant. 

Baby Shower Cake

This cake is 3 different flavors, top layer was Lemon with Lemon filling, middle layer was chocolate with chocolate barvaron cream filling and the bottom layer is a Almond sour cream cake with strawberry filling. I covered the cake in a rolled buttercream and decorated it with fondant figures and designs.

This cake was made for a young mans 21st Birthday. It is a white almond sour cream cake with chocolate barvaran cream filling. The cake was covered in Satin Ice fondant. The little Elephant and flage were made from fondant. All I can say is ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!

Noah's Ark cake

This was a cake for a baby shower. The sheet cake is a french vanilla with a ganache filling and a cream cheese icing. The Ark is made of Red Velvet cake with Cream Cheese Icing and covered in Fondant. All animals and clouds are done in fondant

Ghostbusters Trap cake

This is the trap from the movie Ghostbusters. It was a suprise cake from a bride to her groom. He is into Ghost hunting This was a tropical cake with tropical flavored buttercream filling. The cake and all the parts are fondant. The cake was slimed by a Ghost!!!!!!!!

This cake was a special surprise for my husband and a friend for their Birthday and our vacation. 3 couples go to TN Smokey mountains every year and one of the things we look forward to is getting in the hot tub. This was a Chocolate coverd Cherry cake with whipped ganache filling. Crumb coated in Ganache and covered in fondant. I hand made each figure to represent one of us. We had a blast

Stain Glass poinsettia's

This is a chocolate cake with whippped ganache filling, icing is poured ganache. The flowers are made from unflavored gelatine.
